What are the easier breathing exercises?
For this treatment to work you must agree to undertake some easy, simple breathing exercises for three days after listening to the audio component. This is not optional.
These exercises are as follows:
· Sit comfortably.
· Relax.
· When you are ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath that fills your entire lungs.
· Hold that breath for a second or so and then gently exhale.
· Continue breathing in this manner 10 times - deeply in and out, in and out.
You should do this as soon as you wake in the morning and then on each hour (9:00, 10:00, 11:00 etc.) and the one final time before bed. 10 deep breaths. What could be simpler? Of course, you do not need to panic if you miss one or two - just do them as you remember.

Soon, in a few days, the Boat Show 2009 will open its doors at the Palais des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles / Paris. It will be accessible to the public from 5 to 13 December 2009. Every day from 10h to 19h and night Friday, December 11 until 22h.
I look forward to this event as all lovers of sailing but also motoring. In short, as all those who love the sea and boats!
