Comme annoncé voici plusieurs jours, le Salon Nautique de Paris 2009 ( à la Porte de Versailles) a ouvert aujourd’hui ses portes pour les professionnels. Demain, Samedi 5 Décembre, les portes s’ouvriront pour le public jusqu’au 13 Décembre inclus.
J’attends avec impatience cette ouverture pour visionner, visiter les dernières nouveautés de voiliers et rencontrer aussi tous les acteurs du nautisme. What are the easier breathing exercises?
For this treatment to work you must agree to undertake some easy, simple breathing exercises for three days after listening to the audio component. This is not optional.
These exercises are as follows:
· Sit comfortably.
· Relax.
· When you are ready, close your eyes and take a deep breath that fills your entire lungs.
· Hold that breath for a second or so and then gently exhale.
· Continue breathing in this manner 10 times - deeply in and out, in and out.
You should do this as soon as you wake in the morning and then on each hour (9:00, 10:00, 11:00 etc.) and the one final time before bed. 10 deep breaths. What could be simpler? Of course, you do not need to panic if you miss one or two - just do them as you remember.

Next Boat Show in Paris - France
Hey,
Soon, in a few days, the Boat Show 2009 will open its doors at the Palais des Expositions at the Porte de Versailles / Paris. It will be accessible to the public from 5 to 13 December 2009. Every day from 10h to 19h and night Friday, December 11 until 22h.
I look forward to this event as all lovers of sailing but also motoring. In short, as all those who love the sea and boats!
This year, there are new yachts presented, many new vessels but also used vessels. For my part, then I can make my choice of yachts available for rent by many rental companies, including a new provider which allows pre-booking through its website online: Be My Boat.com

Hey Sailor,
Etant navigateur moi-même, je suis toujours à la recherche du bateau idéal pour la location en vue de mes prochaines croisières estivales et aussi éventuellement pour l’achat d’un voilier de charme. Car en effet, j’ai le rêve toujours présent de posséder et donc d’acheter un voilier racé et rapide pour effectuer avec lui, de longues croisières avec des amis.
Croisières en Méditerranée du coté de la Grèce à travers toutes les îles grecques mais aussi en Croatie et en Italie du sud. Car là, il y a des centaines de possibles croisières toutes plus enchanteresses les unes que les autres.
